Do you take insurance?

See You Healthy primarily operates as a coaching-based wellness service. However, if you are working with one of our Registered Dietitians, insurance coverage may be available depending on your plan and diagnosis. We’re happy to help you explore your options during your consultation.

What’s the difference between an Integrated Nutrition Coach and a Registered Dietitian?

An Integrated Nutrition Coach focuses on lifestyle habits, behavior change, education, and sustainable health strategies. Registered Dietitians (RDs) are licensed medical nutrition professionals who can provide medical nutrition therapy and work with specific diagnoses.

At See You Healthy, we combine practical coaching with evidence-based nutrition guidance, and when appropriate, collaborate with RDs to ensure you receive comprehensive support.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes. We offer personalized meal guidance designed around your preferences, lifestyle, and health goals. When medical nutrition therapy is required, our Registered Dietitians assist in developing structured plans tailored to your specific needs.

We don’t believe in generic templates — your plan should work for you.

Are appointments virtual or in-person?

Most sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home. This makes it easier to stay consistent and fit coaching into your schedule.

How long does it take to see results?
